Market feasibility services and project management were provided to 100 Market Group who was seeking to convert two office floors and related spaces of Capital Commons into Concord, New Hampshire’s first AAA Four Diamond downtown boutique hotel with a distinctly New England character and an unrivaled guest experience. Tasks included working with the developer to identify an operator, architect, interior designer, construction manager and contractors to renovate and rebrand the former Sears Block property, an eight-floor 104,000 square foot Class A mixed-use commercial office building and with an adjoining 516-space municipal parking garage funded by a tax increment finance district.
